Mansoor Almashi
Founder & Producer, MANS Studio
With more than 20 years of experience in film and television
production, Mansoor Almashi has built his career across
some of the region’s most demanding and high-profile
productions.
Mansoor began his career in 2005 as a Production Manager,
working on several productions in Lebanon before continuing his journey in Dubai in 2006 with Animation Art. There, he was involved in large-scale government and corporate productions, as well as TV commercials for leading companies. Many of these productions were executed with substantial budgets and large, highly experienced crews, bringing together professionals with strong backgrounds in cinema and television.
Between 2009 and 2011, Mansoor was involved in the production of major television programming for Baynounah Channel in Abu Dhabi, overseeing around eight large-scale programs as well as major competition and entertainment formats. During this period, he also served as Production Manager for the Abu Dhabi Film Festival in 2009, contributing to one of the festival’s notable seasons.
Over the years, Mansoor progressed from Production Manager to Producer, taking on greater creative and production responsibilities. Since 2014, he has produced a wide range of corporate films, government productions, television programs and commercial content for major organizations, including the UAE Armed Forces, Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Police, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality and Abu Dhabi TV.
His experience extends across the full production process—from planning and budgeting to crew management, logistics, execution and delivery—giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to bring complex productions together successfully.
In 2023, Mansoor founded MANS Studio, bringing together his years of experience, industry relationships and passion for production under one studio. Today, MANS Studio delivers commercials, corporate films, government productions and television content, with a focus on strong production values, reliable execution and a hands-on approach to every project.
